Rob Adamovsky


An entrepreneur and startup business consultant, Rob has over 13 years of experience in the online, financial services, consumer electronics, and apparel industries. His work has contributed to funding several projects, scaling successful businesses, and increasing revenue and profitability.

In the past, Rob advised and built startups at Empowered Startups, a Vancouver, B.C. incubator and was CEO and Co-Founder of Rob was Head of Strategy at Kit and Ace, where he was part of the leadership team that grew the company from 1 to 60 stores, established 3 international offices, and developed a globally recognized brand within a year and a half.

Rob is an MBA graduate from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, specializing in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, and holds a degree from the University of Toronto in Economics and Political Science.


Justin Khouw


With over 10 years of experience in strategic management, corporate finance, private equity, and operations across various industries, Justin brings a sophisticated and diverse perspective to every project, evaluation, and engagement.

At Best Buy Canada, Justin was a key player in the consolidation of the Future Shop and Best Buy brands, resulting in a capital spend of ~$130M and an average annual increase of ~$80M in operating profit. At Bold Properties, he led finance, accounting, and acquisition efforts, completing acquisitions of over $250M worth of development projects and executing over $235M worth of debt and equity financing.

Justin is an MBA graduate from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, specializing in Finance and Supply Chain Management and holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from UBC. In addition to this, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA).
